Returns Policy

Returns must be received within 10 days of original shipment date. All returned watches must be in brand-new condition, with packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and any other items that came with your purchase. Watches showing any signs of wear or use can not be returned. Please note that special orders including engraving are not returnable. The Luxury/Fine Design or Nekta brand will be subject to a 18% restocking fee.

Items must be properly packaged for shipment at the post office in order to receive a refund. UPS and/or Federal Express will not honor insurance claims for improperly packaged shipments that are damaged in transit.

In the case of a return or exchange of your watch, we have provided a Return Form to gather information on returns. You will be contacted by our support department providing you with a return authorization number, detailed instructions for returning, and address to send. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, or restocking fees.

Back Orders Policy

You would rarely experience backorders. Some watch orders within the Luxury/Fine Design category may experience backorders, due to the unique limited collection. In this case, a watch may be on backorder 2 to 6 weeks. We will make the effort to have your watch shipped to you as soon as possible. We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS and Federal Express. The actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before the standard shipping, please select one of the other methods of delivery.

Guarantee Policy

At Watch This… Collection of Watches, you will receive a guarantee on every watch, representing the quality insured with each watch. You will find that the guarantee will be at least one year or more as indicated in the product description. At Watch This… Collection of Watches, your watch will be guaranteed against manufacturing defects from the date of original purchase. However, this guarantee excludes against accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

If the watch you received is damaged, every watch is protected by the guarantee. Please use the watch Return Form, to complete your exchange.
